The video [Deep House] ALEJANDRA - Deep Like U received a Content ID claim on November 11th, 2017. The track was promoted on May 1, 2016.

CONTENT: Only You - Bhaskar & Illusionize

CLAIMANT: [Merlin] Symphonic Distribution, On behalf of UP Club Records

    1. Artist confirmed that this is due to the track including the same royalty-free sample from a samples pack.
    2. At very least, the Content ID match is invalid, because both tracks are different but our promotion received the claim due to this sample.
    3. We've sent a notice to the distributor (Symphonic Distribution) in order for them to disable Content ID claiming.

    What you should do

You can totally File a dispute > I have a license or permission from the proper rights holder to use this material > Write "This is a false match. The so-called 'original song' uses a sample from a royalty-free pack. The song I really used in this video and for which I have permission to use (ALEJANDRA - Deep Like U), also includes it and is what causes the match."

In any case, we're in touch with the promoted artist and the distributor who issued the claim, investigating if it's possible to collect claims on YouTube when using a royalty-free sample, because we feel like this issue could happen to many other tracks that feature it as well.
